DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY – LAN HA BAY (LUNCH & DINNER)
| Meeting at Lot 32 – Tuan Chau Marina – have check-in procedures at the waiting lounge. You can take special tea at lounge by warm welcome. |
| Transfer to Orchid C r u i s e s by a tender boat. Welcome aboard, we’ll have some welcome drinks and gather at the restaurant for a cruise briefing and some safety instructions. |
| Passengers will be taking lunch while we cruise and visit Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature |
| We progress to Trung Trang cave by our bus on Cat Ba Island which is located in the middle of Cat Ba National Park with Kim Giao forest around the cave. Trung Trang Valley is the largest valley on Cat Ba Island. The valley covers an area of approximately 300 hectares, has a depth of 10m to 30m and is around 15km in the middle of Cat Ba National Park. Trung Trang Cave measures 300m lengthwise through the mountains. The cave was carved by nature for more than 2000 years. The cave has many stalactites that take on various shapes that will awe and inspire visitors to use their imagination. |
| Orchid Cruises enters a less populated area at Tra Bau – Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy a nice swim in the green, emerald water. |

| It’s time to admire the beauty of the night on the bay, our bar on the sundeck and in the restaurant welcomes you. You may want to try your luck with squid fishing or watch a movie in the restaurant, we also have chess and cards for you. Over night on board. |
DAY 2: LAN HA BAY (BREAKFAST-LUNCH-DINNER)
| The day starts early onboard Orchid Cruises with Tai Chi session on the sundeck. The breakfast is served in the dining room with morning view of bay’s landscape, then continue our journey. |
| We will have breakfast at the restaurant while continuing the cruise. |
| Transfer to tender to visit Viet Hai village. You will take the bicycle trip along the village path and go through rain forests and dark tunnel. Enjoy stunning scenery of rice fields on the way. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, bamboo…you will have chance to see the local life on a valley of local people. Optional electric car service is available (at an extra cost). Lunch served on day boat. |
| Visit Ba Trai Dao (Three peach islets), this peaceful body of water has beautiful scenery, making it the perfect place for scenic kayaking or relaxing on a sandy beach. Return to Orchid Cruises. Enjoying swimming at the untouched area. Then, you will join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam dishes. Watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. In the early evening the boat has its Happy Hour deal. |
| Fusion Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting . |
| Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, watching a movie in the restaurant. Overnight on board. DAY 3: HA LONG BAY – HANOI (BREAKFAST & BRUNCH)
| It is a perfect time to refresh and indulge yourself in the peaceful beauty of the bay with a tai chi session on the sundeck. If you want to hunt for dawn, get up from 5:30 to 6:00 depending on the season, and consult our sailors. |
| We will have breakfast at the restaurant while continuing the cruise. |
| Kayaking activities in the Ao Ech area are held to discover the hidden charm of Ha Long – Lan Ha Bay |
| Orchid Cruises welcomes you back on board and it is time for checking out. |
| Enjoy a delightful brunch at our restaurant while cruising back. |

Terms & Conditions
Confirmation
Upon receipt of your request, we will check and inform you about
availability. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your
acknowledgement.
Deposit
All trips require a deposit from 30% to 50% of the total amount. The deposit will confirm your booking.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, we will not impose any charges, as we
strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers.
However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for
cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply.
Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time
of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all
details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand.
All cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax,
should be made at least 3 days before the departure date for free.
Refund
Refunds, and their method will be effected as agreed between you and
Eco travel for unused services, and timely cancellations. Again, we will
not charge you any amount for our work. However bank fees, if
applicable, will be for your account.
Tour cost
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion are listed on the itinerary
for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the
tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy, meals, all
transportation during the tour, entrance fees , and services of a local
tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person.
