Southern Vietnam 5days

Take the night bus from Hanoi to Sapa. Arrival at the early morning.

• Distance: ~ 14 km – Duration: 5-6 hours.
• Level = Average and sporty

Arrival and take a rest at the hotel. After breakfast, you will visit the town Sapa before crossing villages to be able to deeply understand the differences between Mongolians (Chinese origin) and Vietnamese (Vietnamese origin). The walk will take place on small paths which will take you to the villages to meet local people and crosses beautiful terraced rice fields. Lunch in a small local restaurant. In the afternoon, you cross the Tả Phìn valley, one of the prettiest valleys before going to the locals’ home. A family from the Red Dao ethnic group welcomes you warmly and with open arms. Possibility of preparing dinner with the family.

• Duration: 6-7 h.
• Level = Sportsman

After breakfast, departure for Suoi Thau village before crossing a pass which will take you to the valley of Ta Phin and Ban Khoang with beautiful panoramic views over the entire valley. Picnic lunch, followed by a walk in the middle of the rice fields. Visit the salmon and sturgeon farm before going to the locals’ home.

• Duration: 5-6 h.
• Level = Average and Sporty

Early departure for the third day in the great outdoors, the walk will pass through small hamlets inhabited by black Hmong and red Dao, allowing you to discover the richness of their cultures.

Magnificent mountainous landscapes will be available to you throughout the journey. Arrival at the small village of Ta
Giang Phin where the Kinh, black Hmong live. Lunch in a small restaurant.

In the afternoon. Visit Tả Giàng village, meet people.

• Distance: ~ 12 km
• Duration: 4-5 h.
• Level = Medium

This day, you will make a short climb to visit the Ba Treo village where the black Hmong live. Meet the locals and discover their activities.

Walk through rivers, possibility of swimming, admire beautiful rice terraces, picnic lunch . Return to Sapa by car.

Possibility of taking a shower at our agency. Then board the bus to return to Hanoi. Arrival in the evening.
